A cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

4. Dumpsters & Property Access

When providing dumpster services, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate space and safe access for delivery and pickup.

The customer is responsible for any damage to property caused by improper placement instructions or failure to provide adequate space.

5. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept or remove the following:

Asbestos

Paint, chemicals, or certain electronics (unless otherwise pre-approved)
